Tres Poderes

One of the beauties of the United State’s Governmental structure is the adherence to checks and balances between the three branches. Unfortunately, as America grows from her infancy into adolescence, the lines of division have become blurred through manipulation and political posturing. Supreme Court Justices have become pawns of political ideologies and the Congress is looking to the President for direction.
The relationships between the Executive branch of government and the Judicial and Legislative branches are comically tragic. The Congress is looking to the President to lead them, the President blames Congress for shortcomings and the Supreme Court is the scapegoat for the others. The notion of independent thinking is lost. The Supreme Court must weigh their decisions against a potential public scolding by the President and a Congress with a majority party consistent with the Administration’s are nearly bound by party etiquette to abide by the President’s agenda. The end result is an unintended consequence of a de facto dictatorship.

I agree with your comments; but would llike to take it a step further. I see this country in a state of what I call controlled anarchy. From the anarchy will rise either Barack Obama, the dictator or a dominant party driven by the anger & frustration of the tea party movement.
As much as one would like to temper or moderate the emotions & actions of the TEA party movement; The TEA party has to find a reason to “keep the flame alive” until the November elections.
The fragmentation of the movement could be seen as a healthy sign; as it would allow those who choose to stay with the core principles to find & stay with a leader ultimately allowing the party to speak with one voice.
